Shipping Delivery Terms

Shipping & Delivery Policy:

ShrijiMart has been contracted with very professional, experienced, fast and safe courier and cargo partners.

Domestic courier Partners: All Ecommerce courier companies, Speed post (India Post) ,Delhivery, DTDC & Bluedart.

International Courier Partners: DHL, Fedex & UPS.

Order Processing: When we receive the order and payment with complete shipping address, the orders are processed within 1-3 days.

Packaging: All the items are packed in the best manner to prevent any damage at the time of in transit of the shipment, which are proper bubbled and wrapped. The Items are put in the hard and proper carton box after pasting the proper address label before handing over to respective courier partner.

Delivery time :

Within India—2-5 working days, Outside India-5-7 working days

Courier/Shipping Charges: Approx Charges are below (Actual charges will be calculated at the time of order processing as per weight/volume and the final destination of the delivery)

Within India: ---Min. Rs.50/- per 500 Gms( For Prepaid Orders) & Min. Rs.90/- per 500 Gms ( For COD Orders)

Outside India: ---Min.   20-25 USD per 500 Gms

Note:

1-We provide attractive discount and offers periodically on shipping charges time to time.

2- There is no cash on delivery (COD) or Pay on Delivery service; orders are processed only after receiving the fullpayment of order/item.

The orders are shipped globally across the world (Countries- USA, UK, and AFRICA & ASIA)

 

Tracking:  You will get the tracking no. on our website on your order detail option and an email will also be sent to you regarding the confirmation of your order with tracking number of respective courier partner.

You can track the order on the website of respective courier partner with the help of tracking number.

 

Delivery Policy :

 

1-All the shipped orders are delivered on time normally, but in rare cases, some delay might occur in the delivery due to flight delays, natural calamities or any other uncontrollable circumstances. However we try our best to deliver the shipments on time as per the transit time of couriers.

2- The delivery of order is attempted 2-3 times; still we receive the order return due to the incorrect address of receiver or unavailability of receiver, the order can be reshipped after receiving the email confirmation from the consignee of correct address and availability of receiver. So please make sure to provide the correct shipping address and contact number at the time of placing the order.

3- Any duty, taxes and custom charges will be borne by the customer, if levied.
